Clash of Clans
Hello, and welcome back to my blog, today I will be talking about a phone game called clash of clans. This is a strategy war game, where you create a base and upgrade it to defend your loot. I stopped playing a while ago, but I have recently picked it up again. I am not very good at the game, but still consider myself better than some. I am currently in a clan with my friends called MattyBsSidekiks if anybody would like to join, even though its awful, and do not ask me why we named it that. I think that this game is quite genius in its way of allowing players to do whatever they want. As in, you can have whatever kind of base layout you want, even if it makes no sense, and you can also choose whatever kind of troop to use and deploy them however you please. So, how the game works is, you collect loot either from your collectors, or from stealing it from enemy bases. You then use this loot to upgrade your base from wherever you want, to protect your loot, to upgrade your base, to protect your loot... etc. There is a lot of fun things you can do in Clash of Clans, like making a clan with some of your friends and participating in clan wars, which is just two clans attacking each others bases to see who can destroy the other one better. The winning clan's players who attacked will be given a great amount of loot, and the clan will gain experience to level up and gain new perks that help the clan thrive. Over all, I think that Clash of Clans is a good way to burn some extra time, or to get excited about once you reach a milestone. Well, that is it for right now, but I will see you next time, and thank you fro reading my blog.
League of Legends
Hello and welcome back to my blog, today I will be talking about a game that I had recently started playing. This game is called League of Legends and is a team based strategy game, where players each pick a champion that they will control and fight the enemy team with. All of the champions are different and each of them have their own unique abilities. You can use these abilities to kill other champions and destroy turrets to make your way to the enemy nexus and destroy it. The turrets are found in the lanes, which is a set of three paths leading to the enemy base. The turrets will have to be destroyed in order to get to the enemy nexus, but beware, the enemy team will be trying to take out your turrets as well, so watch out for that. The turrets are very powerful, so you will need some assistance taking them down. That is where the minions come in, they do not do that much damage and do not have that much health, but they can certainly take a few shots from the turrets for you. The turrets will target these minions over anything else, unless you attack an enemy champion within its range. once you destroy one turret, then you can move on to the next one, and once you get inside the enemies base, there will be inhibitors, and if you destroy these, your team will start to spawn super minions. In between the lanes, there is the jungle, a shadowy place with many places to hide and strong monsters, and if you kill them, you will gain a temporary buff. This is also the place where the dragon and baron live, and if you kill either of those, you and your team will gain an incredible buff. Once you are low on health, you can go back to your spawn, which rapidly heals you and replenishes your mana. You can also buy items here that will greatly increase your champions ability to destroy the other team. That is all for now, see you next time, and thanks for reading my blog.
Bunny Hopping
Hello and welcome back to my blog, today I will be talking about bunny-hopping, or namely, b-hopping. I am not very good at this, but I at least know the basics of how to do this. First let me explain what b-hopping is, it is a way to move faster by jumping repeatedly. You have to jump in a specific way though, and that way is by strafing. Now, how you strafe is not that hard, but it does take some time to get used to, what you have to do is to let go of the w key while you are in air and press a or d to move. You will also have to move your mouse to control where you are going, much like surfing. You will also need to jump off the ground exactly when you hit it, which is the difficult part. Once you know how to do it, it becomes much easier to practice instead of blindly trying different things. Review: Don't press w, unless you are about to start your starting jump, hold a or d and move your mouse to move, and jump as soon as you hit the ground. Once again I would have to say that practice makes perfect and that if you have fun while doing it, you will get good at it really fast. That is all for this week, see you next time, and thank you for reading my blog.
Surfing
Hello, and welcome back to my blog, today, I will be talking about how I started to surf and hopefully teach you how to as well. So, if you don't know where to surf, you just have to go to "browse community servers" and search up surf. Actually surfing is the trickier part. What you have to do is not press forward at all and only press a or d. Whether you press a or d depends on what way the ramp is facing, if the ramp is on your left, then hold a, if it is on the right, then hold d. Once you are holding those down on the ramp, you have to follow the curve of the ramp with your mouse. I would start by looking right at the edge of the ramp, but a little bit in front of you. Also, while you are in the air and are trying to make a turn, make sure to hold down a or d (depending on the way you are turning) and move your mouse slowly across your screen. Surfing revolves a lot on mouse movements, especially in the air, so if you want to go around the corner, you would move your mouse around the corner, and if you wanted to jump to another ramp, you would have to flick your mouse up and in the direction of the next ramp you are trying to get to. The one thing that I think will help you surf the most is to do it for yourself and try to have fun while doing it. Just remember that practice makes perfect and you'll be a surf master in no time if you try your hardest. That is all for right now, see you all next time and thank you for reading my blog.
